Job summary

Global Investment Bank in London seeks a ServiceNow Developer to own end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and improvement of ServiceNow modules, focusing on Information Security processes. You will gather requirements, map processes, write user stories, and configure platform enhancements.

You will partner with business, technology, and security teams across global offices, including the U.S. team, offshore support, and external vendors, delivering scalable, auditable solutions aligned with ITIL

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and developing on the ServiceNow platform (business rules, UI policies, workflows, access controls).
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management, CMDB design, data quality, and governance.
• Ability to elicit requirements, map processes, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across business, technology, and security teams.
• Experience working in a distributed delivery model with offshore teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and improvements of ServiceNow modules for Information Security.
• Enable and optimize security workflows (PKI, Illumio, Vulnerability Response).
• Gather requirements, map current/target processes, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure, test, and manage production deployments with UAT coordination.
• Ensure data quality, CMDB integrity, and secure access management across modules.
• Provide day-to-day user support and incident handling for ServiceNow queries.
