Matchtech Group seeks a Technical ServiceNow Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture for a major migration project within a highly secure environment in the UK. The role demands defining the strategy, governance, and roadmaps for ServiceNow, while guiding cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

You will ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, lead technical discovery with stakeholders, and deliver both high-level and low-level designs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Architect within ServiceNow environments.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow migration programmes.
• Ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong governance and adherence to best-practice frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for a major ServiceNow migration programme.
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance framework.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and supportable platform solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight across platform configuration, integrations, infrastructure, and data migration activities.
• Review and approve technical designs produced by development teams.
