Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks a premier ServiceNow leader to design, implement, and optimize ITSM and Employee Experience solutions. You will guide scalable digital workflows, AI-driven automation, and user-centric service experiences across the organization.

You will oversee ITSM Pro, Now Assist, Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, UI Builder, Service Portal, and platform analytics, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure governance, performance, and upgrade readiness.

Qualifications

• Mandatory ServiceNow ITSM and related product proficiency.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and enhancement of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Major Incident Management.
• Configure and optimize ITSM Pro capabilities and governance.
• Design and implement Now Assist, Agentic AI, and Virtual Agent capabilities.
• Design modern Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder experiences.
• Develop dashboards and reporting with Performance Analytics.
• Lead integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and spokes.
