Sheffield Hallam University is seeking a Grade 6 ICT Service Desk Lead to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, ensuring delivery of a high-quality service. You will support Service Desk Analysts in daily work and assist with IT incidents across DTS and the wider Hallam community.

Providing excellent IT support for the university via all Service Desk channels.
You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
