Grade 8 - £46,049 to £58,225 per annum (depending on experience)

We're looking for an experienced mental health, wellbeing, or student support professional to lead our Mental Health and Complex Casework provision. You'll provide expert leadership on complex and high-risk cases, manage and develop specialist staff, and work with colleagues across the University to deliver high-quality, inclusive support. This is an exciting opportunity to shape services, influence strategy, and drive innovative approaches that respond to the diverse needs of our student community. The role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference to student wellbeing, success, and belonging while building partnerships, developing services, and championing equitable access to support for all students.

You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
