We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can work independently, is confident working with spreadsheets, databases and student record systems, as well as using your judgement to resolve queries, identify issues and elevate matters appropriately when required.

You will support scheme delivery, testing and process improvements, potentially contribute to the development of new funding initiatives, and help ensure that students receive an excellent service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
  • Has excellent problem-solving skills, works proactively and can use initiative to identify solutions and improve processes.
  • Can proactively build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
  • Is confident handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Knows when to make decisions independently and when issues should be escalated.
  • Works collaboratively and is willing to support colleagues across a range of funding schemes and projects.
  • Can quickly understand new processes, funding schemes and areas of work, adapting to changing priorities where required.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team and make a direct impact on students by helping to ensure financial support reaches those who need it.
