Moving towards our 9th year, we are now an established brand, building digital products and services and championing the provision of expert talent to enhance customer and in-house teams, satisfying all user needs.

We are a professional, fun, fully Inclusive and diverse digital consultancy, valuing everyone’s opinion. With a huge growth plan over the next two years, we are looking to expand our client facing delivery team with designers, developers, and testers as we continue to expand our project portfolio.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors related to the service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define service objectives and requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create service blueprints, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to visualize and communicate service concepts.
Prototype and iterate service solutions using design tools and techniques.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including user researchers, business analysts, and developers, to implement service enhancements.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
You can strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio or scaled agile methodologies.
You have demonstratable experience of successfully contributing to the delivery of Digital products and projects in the Public Sector using GDS.
You can select the appropriate business modelling techniques that are most effective to help people understand the situations, problems, and solutions.
