Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Service Design Associate Manager to lead the design of complex digital products and services. You will apply deep service design craft, human-centred design and systems thinking to shape strategy and outcomes for users and organisations.

You will own service design quality, mentor teammates, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, using AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance production while maintaining governance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in service design, systems thinking and human-centred design.
• Strong experience designing complex end-to-end services across multiple touchpoints and teams.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic opportunities and delivery decisions.
• Experience mentoring designers and leading design teams.
• Portfolio clearly demonstrates craft and thinking behind decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design across complex digital products, services and programmes.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, system maps and opportunity frameworks.
• Plan and lead co-design, ideation and strategic workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Mentor designers and contribute to capability development across the team.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders to achieve alignment on service direction.
