Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Service Designer to help organisations understand and improve end-to-end digital services using human-centred design and systems thinking. You will work within multidisciplinary teams and explore AI-enabled design tools to enhance workflow and outputs.

You will contribute across research, discovery, design and delivery on a range of industries, shaping service direction with evidence-based insights and compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in service design, system thinking and human-centred design methods.
• Ability to think beyond individual touchpoints and connect service design decisions to wider product, service and business goals.
• Experience translating findings into design opportunities.
• Ability to produce clear, high-quality service design artefacts.
• Confidence planning and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Understand and make sense of complexity using service design, human-centred design and systems thinking.
• Design and communicate services and craft artefacts like journey maps and blueprints.
• Facilitate co-design sessions and workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality service design work within project timelines.
• Tell compelling stories with evidence, empathy and design thinking to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across research, product, strategy and engineering.
