Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an Associate Director of Service & Experience Design to lead complex transformation programs across Southeast Asia. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, partner with senior client executives, and drive design-led growth for clients in a regional context.

You will shape strategic roadmaps, influence senior stakeholders, and champion AI-enabled design practices while mentoring talent and expanding engagements across priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• Extensive experience leading service design, digital product transformation, or related programmes.
• Experience leading regional or multi-market engagements across SEA or other international markets.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of managing large cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing business cases and contributing to revenue growth.
• Deep expertise in human-centred design, service design, and CX transformation.
• Strong facilitation, workshop leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale service design and digital transformation programs across Southeast Asia with measurable outcomes.
• Advise senior client stakeholders to shape strategic roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and delivery locations.
• Drive end-to-end design processes from discovery to implementation with quality across engagements.
• Develop and grow senior client relationships across priority accounts and opportunities.
• Lead qualification, solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Establish design governance, standards, and delivery frameworks to enable scale.
• Influence executive decision-making with storytelling and business cases.
• Sponsor and mentor design talent through coaching and capability-building initiatives.
• Foster innovation by championing AI-enabled design practices and new value delivery methods.
• Represent Accenture Song in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.
