Join us as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Computershare UK

Job Overview

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, build trusted partnerships, and drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end 'once off' jobs, coordinating between clients and delivery teams to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee ongoing 'contract' jobs, resolving issues and reporting progress.
• Facilitate client governance meetings and prepare performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing change requests and queries.
• Lead project management activities for onboarding and significant change initiatives.
• Ensure accurate monthly invoicing and monitor cash collection performance.
• Manage client budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in departmental improvement projects and support colleagues as needed.
