Marshall Nissan Reading is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our aftersales team, acting as a vital link between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, satisfying service journeys.

You’ll manage customer relationships from booking through to service completion, provide training to junior colleagues, resolve complex issues with professionalism, and maintain high standards of customer care throughout the Marshall journey.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive Aftersales.
• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to manage expectations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through service completion.
• Support and train new team members within the Service department, driving KPIs.
• Act as a key point of contact, handle complex customer issues professionally.
• Complete all administration accurately, maintaining high standards of customer care.
