Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in Leeds to join a well-established dealership. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service from booking to vehicle collection, with a structured schedule and a customer-centric approach.

The position offers £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, realistic OTE £32,000-£33,000, and a full-time permanent contract. You will work Tuesday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor in a car or motorcycle dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Experience working within a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer service and repair bookings.
• Providing customers with regular updates on progress of their vehicle.
• Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation.
• Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Identifying and promoting additional service and aftersales opportunities.
• Resolving customer queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the department in achieving performance targets.
