Job summary

Preston Volkswagen is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will work with a busy team, booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty and upselling parts to customers, while coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work based on workload and call volumes.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload
• Managing a high-volume of customers and calls daily
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
