Wage:£28,000 - £30,000 (with bonus potential of up to £35,000 OTE)

Previous motor industry experience in a Service Advisor role is required.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks

Pricing & Parts Sourcing:Assist autocentres by pricing up work and sourcing necessary parts efficiently.
Customer Communication:Inform customers about inspection reports, explain required vehicle repairs clearly, and gain approvals.
Process Coordination:Ensure seamless workflow by organising and managing incoming work requests.
Supplier Liaison:Communicate with suppliers to order parts, manage stock updates, and maintain workshop productivity.
Teamwork:Collaborate with managers and technicians to complete key administrative tasks.
Adherence to Procedures:Ensure compliance with company policies and complete necessary training.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay organised and manage a fast-paced workload.
Confidence in receiving and making phone calls.
Computer literacy is essential.
Previous motor industry experience in a Service Advisor role isdesirablebut not essential.
