Senior Service Advisor - Commercial Vehicles - Nottingham
From £27,000+ DOE with Bonuses

Our client, a reputable commercial vehicle main dealer based in Nottingham, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong automotive background - whether from cars or commercial vehicles - who's confident in a fast-paced service environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service department, working closely with customers, technicians, and the workshop team to ensure a high standard of service delivery and efficient workshop flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling incoming service calls and managing customer bookings
2. Preparing and processing job cards accurately
3. Scheduling and allocating work within the workshop
4. Assisting with the management of workshop efficiency and workflow
5. Maintaining excellent communication with both customers and internal teams

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm (flexible, candidate's choice)
2. 1 Saturday per month: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting (car or commercial)
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Confident in managing bookings and workshop scheduling
4. Able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach
5. Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Salary & Benefits:

1. Starting from £27,000+, depending on experience
