Are you looking to take the next step in your automotive career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Service Advisor. This role would suit someone who has experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, who is ready to take the next step into a senior role.

In this role, you will use your Service experience to diagnose customer requirements for service and repair and deliver an exceptional customer service.

  • Support front of house daily workload while providing the highest standards of customer service while vehicles are with us for servicing and repairs.
  • Identify and communicating any required repairs to our customers and advise of future service or repair priorities.
  • Complete Repair Orders, invoices and receipts accurately.
  • Working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
  • Contribute to developing our CSI rating by providing the highest possible standards for our customers.
  • Experience as a Service Advisor role within a franchised automotive dealership.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (CDK/Kerridge).
  • Familiarity of warranty procedures would be advantageous.
  • You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a positive "can-do" attitude and be willing and able to work as part of a team.

You should be able to demonstrate that you can use your experience to guide the Service Advisors in the team, both to support their own development and improve our service to our customers.
