Are you a Senior Customer Service Advisor looking for your next role?

Element Recruitment is working with an electrical manufacturing company, who are looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for individuals who would look to become an integral part of the team, strengthen the current sales office team, and to bring fresh enthusiasm to the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a more senior role and work very closely with the Customer Service Manger.

Salary: £28,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hour per week in the office (permanent position)

Duties will include:

  • Professional handling business to business inbound telephone calls.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Providing accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Following up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assisting junior advisors with queries and support during challenging interactions.
  • Coaching or mentoring new team members.
  • Offering feedback and guidance to improve customer service quality.

You will have:

  • At least 2 years Customer service experience within a office or contact centre environment.
  • An ability to organise and priorities is important
  • A positive outgoing attitude
