• Position: Senior Service Advisor
• Location: Bedford
• Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 + Bonus (Depending on experience)
• OTE: £35,000+
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays on a rota

Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
• Provide detailed and accurate information regarding services, repairs, and warranties.
• Communicate with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

Requirements for a Senior Service Advisor:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential, preferably within the motor trade.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering all vehicles back to the customer when required.
• Happy to work independently or as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
