Job summary

CRA Consulting is recruiting an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner for a specialist personal injury legal business offering fully remote working. You will manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury matters and collaborate across teams.

You should be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with at least four years' post-qualification experience; the role combines home working with occasional travel for client meetings across England and Wales and offers £40,000-£50,000 depending on

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Fellow with at least four years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record handling serious injury claims and complex litigation.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury matters.
• Investigate liability, causation and quantum with detailed evidence analysis.
• Draft witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Negotiate settlements and progress matters through litigation when needed.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support team development.
