Job summary

Minster Law is seeking experienced solicitors or Fellows of CILEx to manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims. The role focuses on delivering excellent client care, regular client contact, and liaising with a multi-disciplinary team to progress cases up to £50,000 values across England and Wales.

You will handle evidence analysis, drafting of documents, and negotiate outcomes, while maintaining high standards of work in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors or Fellows of CILEx with experience in serious injury claims.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client care for each client.
• Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work and client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client care to Minster Law clients with traumatic life events.
• Regular communication and face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary experts (medical, case managers, care experts, etc.).
• Analyse evidence and research liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Secure early interim payments and rehabilitation when appropriate.
• Optimize client settlements and manage expectations using a case management system.
• Raise awareness of the department and develop the firm’s profile.
• Perform to a high level in a target-driven environment.
