Fletchers Solicitors is hiring a Solicitor/CILEX or Equivalent for Serious Injury work. The role leads a fee-earning team handling multi-track cases up to £500,000, including RTA, EL, PL and OL matters. Hybrid working enables home and in-office collaboration.

The successful candidate will mentor team members, manage KPI-driven outcomes, and oversee case progression from inception to completion in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with serious injury experience.
• Proven ability to lead a fee-earning team on multi-track cases up to £500,000.
• Experience with RTA/EL/PL/OL matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fee-earning team including Solicitor/CILEX and Paralegals.
• Progress cases from inception to conclusion in line with KPI and policy.
• Attend Court and manage client communications, evidence, and documentation.
