CRA Consulting is recruiting an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner for a specialist personal injury legal business offering fully remote working.
This is an opportunity to combine home working with complex litigation, meaningful client relationships and further development within a dedicated Serious Injury team.
You will manage a predominantly RTA caseload valued between £50,000 and £150,000, involving challenging issues of liability, causation and quantum. The role would suit an experienced personal injury litigator who enjoys detailed case preparation, securing appropriate rehabilitation and achieving settlements that reflect the full impact of a client's injuries.
Alongside your own casework, you will have opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to technical reviews and support the wider team's development.
Your responsibilities will include:
The position is fully remote. Regular travel will be required for client meetings and conferences with experts and counsel across England and Wales, so you should be comfortable combining home working with face-to-face case activity.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX, typically with at least four years' post-qualification experience. Equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to charge and recover Grade B rates will also be considered.
You should bring:
Experience mentoring colleagues and involvement with organisations such as APIL, Headway or the Spinal Injuries Association would be welcomed.
The opportunity offers £40,000-£50,000, remote working, regular management support and the chance to develop your technical and mentoring responsibilities. High-performing individuals may also have opportunities to broaden their experience across other departments.
If you are looking to develop your serious injury career through complex work, close client relationships and a remote working arrangement, I would be keen to hear from you.
