Job summary

Minster Law Ltd seeks a Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade C) to manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury claims, mainly RTA, with settlements up to £50,000. The role is remote with travel to meetings as needed, delivering excellent client care and driving fee income for the Legal Services team.

Responsibilities include drafting documents, coordinating with medical and other experts, and using a case management system to keep clients informed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused legal services in serious injury claims.
• Ability to work to KPI targets and manage a busy caseload.
• Proficient with case management systems, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of serious injury claims for Minster Law clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients, including face-to-face meetings when needed.
• Instruct and consult multidisciplinary professionals and experts.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss; secure interim payments.
• Optimise settlements and maintain exceptional client service.
