My Client, an award-winning consumer brand based in Cheshire, is recruiting a Senior SEO Specialist (hybrid) to join their Marketing team.

This role will work alongside the Head of Marketing, with responsibility for all aspects of SEO to develop and implement the company's SEO strategy across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO / organic performance reporting using industry-standard tools, covering website performance, technical SEO, and content effectiveness.
2. Conducting SEO audits (internal and competitor analysis) to identify gaps and improvements, and providing strategic recommendations.
3. Managing outreach campaigns and link-building activities.
4. Performing link prospecting and analyzing content marketing metrics to optimize campaigns.
5. Creating and managing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and leads, including blog posts and white papers.
6. Managing and promoting the company's blog, and pitching articles to third-party platforms.
7. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute projects and generate campaign ideas.
8. Writing website content such as meta data, product descriptions, and blog posts, with support from the Content Writer.
9. Reporting on SEO performance and deputizing for the Head of Marketing when needed.
10. Managing the SEO Content Writer to ensure balanced, effective content production.
11. Staying updated on industry trends and SEO developments.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated SEO experience, either client-side or agency.
• Comprehensive understanding of all main SEO aspects: technical, on-page, content, link building, and reporting.
• Knowledge of search engine algorithm updates and adaptability to industry changes.
• Proficiency with analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP), Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Excellent written English and grammatical skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
• Experience producing various content types, including blogs and white papers.

Salary up to £35k, depending on experience.

Hybrid role – 2 days remote, 3 days in-office.
