Are you a Digital Marketing Exec or Senior Digital Marketing Exec specializing in Paid Search and Social Media looking to join a remote-first business? I am working with one of my long-standing clients as they begin the search for someone to work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and the wider digital team to manage day-to-day search and social campaigns. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £28k-£34k DOE.

Please note, this is a remote role, but you will need to travel to Birmingham occasionally for team meetings (roughly once a quarter). As this role is brand new, there is a real opportunity to make it your own and grow it long-term, with plenty of scope for advancement.

The Role

As a Paid Search and Social Exec, you will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to deliver paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) campaigns. Your responsibilities include managing campaigns, optimizing strategies, and providing recommendations and insights on campaign performance.

About You

• Experience managing Paid Search campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting on Google Ads (future inclusion of Bing Ads).
• Passion for social media with experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (focused on paid, not organic).
• Ability to set up and optimize campaigns continuously looking for improvements.
• Confident in reporting campaign success and providing feedback and suggestions.
• Flexible regarding client-facing roles or in-house focus.
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends.
• Proactive attitude, willing to try new ideas, learn from outcomes, and collaborate as a team.
