About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies across our three specialist divisions. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders, you will take ownership of various marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. You will also provide line management and mentorship to junior marketing colleagues, helping to develop their skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising
• Creating engaging content strategies, including blogs, case studies, and client testimonials
• Overseeing social media management, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms
• Managing and refining SEO and website content, working to improve rankings and visibility
• Designing marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Planning and coordinating internal and external events, including industry conferences and networking events
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
• Collaborating with consultants and leadership to develop client and candidate engagement campaigns
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness
• Management of internal communications to promote all internal campaigns and people strategy

Desired Candidate

• A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within a recruitment, professional services, or B2B environment
• Strong strategic and creative thinking, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling content creation
• Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and digital marketing tools
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You will also provide line management and mentorship to junior marketing colleagues, helping to develop their skills and capabilities.
