Your Role: Head of Marketing (Performance-Based, 100% Commission Role)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through phone and email communication
• Execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google (training provided)

• Define and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or online sales
• Self-starter who excels in a performance-driven environment and surpasses targets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and optimize campaign performance
• Passionate about leadership, digital marketing, and business expansion
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising is a plus but not required
