Frasers Group is seeking an SEO Site Manager to lead the SEO team, drive organic growth and revenue for a key site/brand. You will own the SEO roadmap, perform keyword research, optimise site architecture and content, and collaborate with the SEO Lead to deliver strong KPI results.

You will manage a team, monitor performance, and report on ROI and conversions while staying ahead of industry developments. A passion for SEO and online marketing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience in an ecommerce context.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and problem solving.
• Experience with keyword research and strategy development.
• Ability to analyze data, report ROI and conversions.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy for assigned site/brand in collaboration with SEO Lead.
• Lead the SEO team to improve site architecture, content and performance KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor technical issues and optimize roadmap.
• Prepare and present campaign reports including ROI and conversions.
