Job summary

Size? Group is seeking a Senior SEO Executive to drive organic growth across its ecommerce portfolio. You will work with Performance Marketing, Content Marketing and Multi-Channel teams to increase traffic, visibility and revenue through on-page, technical and off-page SEO strategies.

You will explore Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) trends, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure SEO is embedded in wider business initiatives while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong on-page and off-page SEO with technical understanding.
• Experience delivering SEO for ecommerce sites with commercial impact.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from large data sets.
• Proficient in SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Excellent writing and ability to create SEO briefs and content recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic traffic, visibility and revenue for size? Group sites.
• Identify on-page SEO opportunities and optimise content for users and search engines.
• Collaborate with Technical SEO to implement improvements and best practices.
• Partner with Content Marketing to develop off-page campaigns for authority growth.
• Brief and optimise blog content to align with SEO and commercial goals.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and integrate SEO into wider activities.
• Monitor SEO performance and report insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead keyword research and content strategy to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on AI trends and GEO search developments.
• Work with Performance Marketing to maximise cross-channel opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and promote SEO best practices.
