Associated British Ports seeks a Senior Security Supervisor for Solent Gateway to lead 24/7 security operations and safeguard the port community. You will manage the security team, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate with MOD, police and external agencies to maintain safe operations.
The role requires proven port/maritime security experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and National Security Vetting to SC level. A full driving licence and strong leadership are essential.

To provide safe, efficient, and service focused delivery of 24/7/365 security operations at ABP Solent Gateway Limited (SGL). The Senior Security Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership of the security team whilst maintaining an active operational role. You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the SGL security operation remains compliant according to the various regulations and standards drive UKD’s safety and compliance performance.
You will have a proactive and collaborative approach to solving problems with excellent people skills and ability to engage positively with customers. Yours is a ‘can do’ attitude, someone who is capable of making decisions under pressure.
