Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking an experienced Security Operations Lead to sculpt and run a high-performing, internationally focused security function. You will report to the Head of Security and guide day-to-day operations across people, facilities, technology, assets, and evolving defence/government engagements.

You will shape operating models, guard deployment, and security tech integration, ensuring scalable, compliant security across UK sites and overseas operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading security operations across multiple locations.
• Experience with defence/government security requirements.
• Ability to obtain relevant security clearances.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations across UK and international locations.
• Develop security standards, policies and incident response playbooks.
• Manage guarding contracts and KPI/SLA performance.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, HR and external partners.
