Job summary

TEKEVER in the United Kingdom seeks an IT Operations Lead to own corporate IT operations, infrastructure delivery, and service maturity. You will collaborate with Cyber Security, Product Security, Engineering, and a co-managed MSP to improve operational capability across the IT estate.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivery, ownership, and driving outcomes, balancing control with business agility in a security-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading IT operations and enterprise IT service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security practices.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, MSPs, suppliers, and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operational delivery across infrastructure, platforms and user services.
• Lead and coordinate activities across internal teams, MSPs, suppliers and partners.
• Ensure operational stability, resilience, and supportability of core IT services.
• Act as senior escalation point for IT incidents and outages.
• Drive issues to resolution and monitor operational risks and tech debt.
• Manage infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud, backups and collaboration tooling.
• Ensure systems are patched, monitored, documented and supported.
• Support lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations and site deployment.
• Support IAM processes including privileged access and joiner/mover/leaver.
