TEKEVER is seeking an experienced Security Operations Lead to build and run a high‑performing security function as the company grows internationally. You will oversee day‑to‑day security, site protection, guarding arrangements, and security systems across UK locations, collaborating with IT, HR and external partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading security operations within a complex organisation, ideally within defence, aerospace, government or high‑assurance environments.
• Experience managing security technology such as access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection and visitor-management systems.
• Experience leading both internal security personnel and contracted security providers.
• Experience establishing security operating models, procedures, standards and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of security operations across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain security operating procedures, post orders, escalation arrangements and incident response playbooks.
• Manage guarding contracts and ensure suppliers deliver against KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Lead security technology integration and ensure systems are maintained and fit for purpose.
• Oversee security across offices and sites, including executive protection where required.
• Lead major events, investigations and incident responses with a calm, decisive leadership style.
• Build a scalable operating model for UK and international locations.
