Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking an experienced Security Operations Lead to build and grow a high‑performing, internationally focused security function during a period of rapid growth. You will report to the Head of Security and oversee operations across people, facilities, technology, assets and environments.

This senior role requires strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to protect sites, personnel and information across UK and international locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading security operations in large, multi-location organisations.
• Proven ability to establish security operating models, standards and KPIs.
• Experience with security technology (access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion, visitor management).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of security operations across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain security procedures, post orders and incident playbooks.
• Manage guarding contracts and security providers to meet KPIs.
• Lead security for major events, executive activity and high‑risk locations.
