Job summary

Copello Global Ltd is seeking an experienced security leader to take ownership of security and estates across a complex, security-sensitive environment. This broad, hands-on role combines physical, personnel and cyber security coordination with facilities management.

You will shape security arrangements, manage operational risk and lead a small team protecting people, assets and critical infrastructure, while engaging senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing physical security in complex or secure facilities.
• Background in data centres, critical infrastructure or regulated environments.
• Experience leading security professionals and managing contractors.
• Knowledge of risk, incident management and facilities operations.
• Discretion and integrity to operate in a sensitive environment.

Responsibilities
