Job summary

TEKEVER seeks an experienced Security Operations Lead to build and lead a high‑performing security function. You will oversee operations across people, facilities, assets and environments, reporting to the Head of Security.

The role is highly visible and requires aligning security with business growth and international expansion. You will drive operational standards, guard the security workforce, manage suppliers, and ensure protective measures across offices, sites and critical assets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading security operations in a complex organisation (defence/aerospace/government or high‑assurance).
• Proven ability to manage multiple security locations and teams (in-house and contracted).
• Experience establishing operating models, procedures, standards and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day security operations across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain security SOPs, post orders, escalation and incident playbooks.
• Lead security response to significant incidents and deployments across UK and international locations.
