National Highways is recruiting a Compliance Lead within our Security Governance, Risk and Compliance function. The role leads the Compliance workstream, guiding GRC Analysts and ensuring our obligations are assessed, monitored and managed.

You will advise programmes and senior leaders on security compliance and control effectiveness, driving actions to completion. This hybrid role requires two days in the office and travel to UK offices as needed; SC clearance may be required.

Formación

• Experience leading teams or workstreams within security governance, risk, compliance, audit or assurance.
• Strong understanding of cyber and information security principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the Compliance workstream, providing direction and oversight to GRC Analysts.
• Oversee security compliance assessments, audits and assurance reviews across systems and business areas.
• Provide specialist advice on security compliance obligations and control requirements.
• Develop and deliver reporting on the organisation's security compliance posture.
• Drive remediation of compliance gaps with action owners and leaders.
