Zusammenfassung

National Highways is recruiting a Compliance Lead within our Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function. You will lead the Compliance workstream, providing direction to GRC Analysts and ensuring compliance obligations are assessed, monitored, reported and managed.

Working across Digital Services and the wider organisation, you will advise on security compliance, regulatory requirements and control effectiveness, helping to close gaps and drive risk remediation to completion.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading security governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Experience leading or supporting security audits, risk assessments and assurance reviews.
• Knowledge of UK public sector security requirements and frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the Compliance workstream, providing direction and oversight.
• Oversee security compliance assessments, audits and assurance reviews.
• Act as a senior SME on security compliance obligations and control requirements.
• Develop and deliver reporting on the organisation's security compliance posture.
• Drive remediation of compliance gaps with owners and senior leaders.
