Job summary

Senior Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer sought for a progressive NACOSS Gold and BAFE FIRE Gold accredited company covering Greater London. You will service access control, video surveillance, intruder and fire systems, plus associated hardware across multiple sites, with on-call rota and competitive salary.

You will perform fault finding, corrective maintenance, and on-site documentation while liaising with clients and our Alarm Receiving Centre to ensure first-time fixes and reliable

Qualifications

• Proven experience with security and fire systems servicing.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults and achieve first-time fixes on-site.
• Excellent client-facing communication and professional presentation.
• Willingness to cover Greater London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective maintenance, fault finding and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Complete remedial works and small installation tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance across a range of systems.
• Liaise professionally with clients while on site.
• Work with monitored systems in coordination with our Alarm Receiving Centre.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer to join a forward thinking company with an excellent reputation to cover the Greater London area.

As Senior Security and Fire Systems Service Engineer you will:

• * Carry out corrective maintenance, including fault finding, troubleshooting and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible
• * Complete remedial works and small installation tasks
• * Perform preventative maintenance across a range of systems
• * Liaise professionally with clients while on site
• * Work with monitored systems in coordination with our Alarm Receiving Centre
• * Complete all site and electronic documentation accurately and promptly
