Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to focus on malicious risk and risk management strategy within the Security Advisory practice in the UKIMEA region. You will lead security risk assessments, manage projects and teams, and work directly with clients across sectors to develop tailored security solutions.

The role offers opportunity to shape internal methods, contribute to market-ready service offerings and engage with regulators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security profession within the last five years.
• Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to security, or professional body membership (CSyP/RSES) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-experts and to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Security Risk Assessment and management across client projects.
• Manage project delivery and teams, including financial oversight and scope definition.
• Develop and deliver new service offerings aligned to market needs.
• Collaborate with Security Advisory leadership to mentor staff and shape product delivery methods.
