Arup are recruiting a Senior Security Consultant to lead Security Risk Assessment and drive delivery across the Security Advisory practice in the UKIMEA region. You will work directly with clients across transport, infrastructure and property sectors, shaping risk-based strategies and guiding project teams to successful outcomes.

You will develop and implement security risk management approaches, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new service offerings while maintaining high technical

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a security profession (last five years).
• Degree or equivalent in security or related field.
• Membership in a professional body or certification scheme (CSyP/RSES).
• Experience in professional services consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Ability to convey complex security information to non-experts.
• Experience managing projects and teams with financial oversight.
• UK SC Clearance required (or eligibility).
