Job summary

Revvity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scientist to drive CHOSOURCE expression platform innovation in our Bioprocessing R&D team.

The role is hands-on, lab-based, focusing on CHO-based expression technologies for biotherapeutic production and translating findings into commercial products for biopharma customers worldwide. You will lead independent research projects, apply DoE methodologies, and collaborate across departments to advance platform capabilities, while contributing to scientific direction

Qualifications

Ph.D. in life science with at least 5 years postdoctoral or industry experience in a relevant field.
Deep knowledge of CHO cell line development including stable pool generation and clone screening.
Hands-on gene editing in mammalian cells with targeted integration, knockouts, and knock-ins.

Responsibilities

Lead independent research projects to develop CHOSOURCE platform features for stable and transient expression.
Identify new technologies and trends to enhance platform performance.
Engineer novel host cell lines with enhanced production characteristics using gene editing.
Collaborate with senior scientists to advance platform capabilities.
Maintain thorough lab documentation and SOPs.
Present data clearly at internal and external meetings.
Support IP generation and regulatory documentation for product commercialization.
