Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences with 5+ years postdoc or industry experience.
• Deep CHO cell line development knowledge including stable pools, single-cell cloning, and screening.
• Hands-on gene editing in mammalian cells, including targeted integration, knockout, and knock-in.
• Experience expressing diverse biologics, including difficult-to-express proteins.
• Strong molecular biology skills: Gibson, Golden Gate, PCR, qPCR, ddPCR.
• Experience DoE in experimental design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent research projects to develop CHOSOURCE platform features for stable and transient expression applications.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and scientific trends to enhance platform performance.
• Apply gene editing to engineer host cell lines with enhanced production characteristics.
• Collaborate with peer senior scientists to drive cross‑functional problem-solving and advance platform capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive laboratory documentation and develop standard operating procedures.
• Present clear, concise data at internal and external meetings.
• Support IP generation and regulatory documentation as needed for product commercialization.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the team and across Revvity departments.
