Job summary

Revvity's Bioprocessing R&D team is seeking a Senior Scientist to advance CHOSOURCE expression technologies for therapeutic production. This hands-on, lab-based role focuses on driving productivity and robust expression of diverse biologics, with opportunities to shape platform directions.

You will lead projects, apply gene editing to engineer host cell lines, collaborate across disciplines, document work, and contribute to regulatory and IP activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in life sciences with 5+ years postdoc or industry experience.
• Expertise in CHO cell line development and clone screening.
• Hands-on gene editing in mammalian cells and production strains.
• Experience with Design of Experiment (DoE) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent research projects to develop and validate new CHOSOURCE platform features for stable and transient expression.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance platform performance.
• Apply gene editing to engineer novel host cell lines with enhanced production.
• Collaborate with peer senior scientists to drive cross-functional problem-solving.
• Maintain comprehensive laboratory documentation and develop SOPs.
• Present clear data at internal and external meetings.
• Support IP generation and regulatory documentation as needed for product commercialization.
