Forest School Group is seeking a Senior School SENDCo to lead SEND provision from Year 7 to Year 13 within the Group’s policy framework set by the Group Director of Inclusion.

The postholder ensures statutory and regulatory requirements are met, identifies gaps in provision, and escalates significant risks or resource pressures to the Group Director of Inclusion, while working closely with the Head of Senior School, SLT, and SENDCos across Forest Prep and Snaresbrook Prep.

Qualifikationen

• SENDCo responsible for quality, consistency and effectiveness of SEND provision in Years 7 to 13.
• Identification and addressing gaps in provision and ensuring statutory/regulatory requirements are met.
• Escalation of risks, concerns or resource pressures to Group Director of Inclusion.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day delivery of SEND provision within the Group framework.
• Collaborate with Forest Prep and Snaresbrook Prep SENDCos to ensure smooth progression for pupils.
• Work with Head of Senior School and SLT to implement inclusion strategy.
