Forest School Group is seeking a Senior School SENDCo to lead SEND provision for Years 7–13 within the group’s senior schools, ensuring statutory requirements are met and provision remains inclusive and high quality.

You will work with the Head of Senior School, SLT, Heads of Department and Year, and have support from the Group Inclusion Administrator to develop strategy, policy and shared standards across Forest School Group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SEND provision.
• Knowledge of SEND regulations and frameworks.
• Strong collaboration with school leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEND provision for Years 7–13 within the Forest School Group.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and several department leads to improve inclusion.
• Support and develop staff to uphold high-quality SEND provision.
