Forest School Group, encompassing Snaresbrook Prep, Forest Prep and the Senior School and Sixth Form, seeks a Senior School SENDCo to lead SEND provision for Years 7–13. The role involves implementing the Group’s inclusion framework, maintaining regulatory compliance, and working with the Senior School Head and SLT to ensure high-quality provision.

The postholder collaborates across group schools with SENDCos and supports safeguarding and reporting duties.

Mansioni

• Senior School SENDCo leads the day-to-day delivery of SEND provision within the Group’s strategy and policy framework.
• Contributes to development of SEND across Forest Group and collaborates with SENDCos at Forest Prep and Snaresbrook Prep.
• Identifies gaps in provision, ensures statutory/regulatory requirements are met, and escalates risks or resource pressures as needed.
