Job summary

Hiscox UK is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive data‑driven insights and governance for the Schemes and MGA portfolio. You will lead a team of 3–4 analysts, shape portfolio strategy, and partner with underwriting, pricing, and operations to deliver profitable growth.

You will report to the Head of Pricing and Portfolio Management and work with senior stakeholders across underwriting and sales to align with Hiscox UK strategy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing analytical teams and shaping priorities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence portfolio strategy.
• Strong insurance market experience with Schemes/MGAs and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 Schemes and MGA analysts.
• Assess new Schemes and MGAs and provide independent reviews.
• Design and production of visualisation tools for portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with data teams to implement data standards and new tech.
