Job summary

Hiscox UK is seeking a Schemes and MGA Portfolio Lead Analyst to lead analytics, modelling and governance for the UK Schemes and MGA portfolio. You will manage a small team and partner with underwriting, pricing and operations to drive profitable growth.

You will design visualisation tools, identify trends, challenge assumptions, and ensure data standards in collaboration with the UK data teams. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and a track record of portfolio management in

Qualifications

Experience leading analytical, pricing or portfolio management teams and driving growth.
Partnering with senior underwriting, pricing and stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy.
Strong insurance market experience with Schemes/MGAs or Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Schemes and MGA analysts and align priorities with business objectives.
Provide independent reviews and recommendations for large Schemes and MGAs to underwriting leadership.
Design, create and maintain visualisation tools to support active portfolio management and performance insights.
Collaborate with data teams to define data standards and implement new technologies for analytics.
